Programme context
The Aahar programme was developed through Joywing Foundation, now transitioning to Krtam Foundation, under the leadership of Prateek Pandey.
The programme focused on delivering millet-based nutrition to children through Anganwadi centres and Sanskrit schools in Rajasthan.
Daily delivery at this scale needed production control, dispatch coordination and proof that food reached the intended centres.
Technology and operational systems described here were developed through the founders' previous work with Joywing Foundation and THECSR, and now inform Krtam Innovation's product and platform work.
